RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We happily accept returns and exchanges. We understand not everything works out.
Items must be sent back in their original condition (unworn and unmarked, with original tags attached) within 10 days of receipt.
OVERT has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
To arrange a return or exchange:
– Email our returns team at email@example.com including your Order Number and the reason for return.
– A member of the OVERT team will contact you with a return authorization. All returns will need to be authorized.
– We will provide you with a return shipping label by email. You will need to arrange the return shipping of the product/s in its original condition (within the 10 days of receipt)
– Once received, the product will be reviewed, and pending approval – you will be issued the appropriate refund, exchange or credit (less shipping costs associated)
